Les indicateurs de consommation (et de production) doivent \u00eatre actualis\u00e9s annuellement.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 publique dispose quant \u00e0 elle de l&rsquo;enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 du certificat et notamment de la partie relative aux recommandations en vue de prendre des mesures permettant d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du b\u00e2timent et par cons\u00e9quent de r\u00e9duire ses consommations (tout en se souciant de l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration du confort de ses occupants).<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Certificat PEB de B\u00e2timent Public en R\u00e9gion wallonne Les b\u00e2timents ou parties de b\u00e2timents dont une superficie utile totale de plus de 250 m\u00b2 est occup\u00e9e par une autorit\u00e9 publique ET fr\u00e9quemment visit\u00e9e par le public doivent \u00eatre certifi\u00e9s.
